Tom Ruby has over 30 years experience in government strategic planning, military leadership, Academic administration, and program oversight.  A 26 year Air Force Colonel with a PhD in political science, experience writing Doctrine for the Department of Defense, International Strategic Planning in Washington DC and around the globe, and Program oversight of over $3 billion across more than 100 government programs. Holds current Top Secret Security Clearance.

He served as Associate Dean and senior faculty member at the Air Force’s premier graduate school, the Air Command and Staff College. Published numerous peer-reviewed policy and education articles and wrote the Diplomatic-Political Annex to Gen David Petraeus’ Joint Strategic Assessment Team report to President Obama. Director of Safety for the Air Force’s largest installation in the world. Fluent in Serbo-Croatian and working proficiency in French.
